Refund Policy for vslyn

We encourage you to use them for a minimum of 14 days to experience their full benefits before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day free return policy. Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may have already entered the processing phase, and we may no longer be able to make adjustments.

If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  2. Include a clear photo of the damage in your email.

We will determine if you’re eligible for a replacement at no cost. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
